Meet Our Team
I graduated from the University of Washington in 2002 with my Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and informal emphasis in finance. Fast forward a decade, through a few careers, and in 2010, I realized that I really wanted to take my background in technology, solutions-based software, and process improvement to our family property management business. So, I began working at our front desk of the Cayce & Gain Property Management. Immediately we implemented a new comprehensive software platform and slowly began changing nearly all of the procedures associated with running our business. Then, in January 2016, after essentially running the business for the past couple years, I purchased the majority equity stake from my father, Roger Cayce!

Real estate is my family business; well, dozens of different businesses. My parents and most of my siblings, aunts and uncles have all invested in private residences, rentals and commercial properties. Just like a good financial advisor doesn’t panic through the twists and turns of the stock market, we don’t flinch as the real estate market rises and falls. There was never a doubt as to what I would do for a living; I had decades of family trade secrets to draw upon from Day #1.
